Hedwig Maes

Chief Executive Officer

Hedwig Maes is a highly experienced Managing Director and Head of Sales. After studying electrical engineering at Industriele Hogeschool Antwerpen-Mechelen (IHAM) and business administration at the UFSIA University in Antwerp, Maes, who was born in Belgium, gained 32 years of professional experience in the areas of electronics, industrial automation and industry systems with companies such as General Electric and ABB. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President of Global Systems & Solutions at Rockwell Automation. As of 1 September 2019 Hedwig Maes took over as CEO of Tridonic.

Thomas Erath

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Thomas Erath is responsible for Finance and all related matters at Tridonic. He has extensive experience in finance, balancing and corporate governance. In 2001, he joined the Zumtobel Group where he spent in total thirteen years in various leading management roles. After having served as CFO in the textile and automotive industry, he returned to Tridonic’s management team as CFO/Vice President Finance & Controlling in May 2018. Thomas Erath graduated in business administration at the Vienna University of Economics, and is a CPA and tax advisor.

Alexander Jankovsky

Chief Operating Officer

Alexander Jankovsky has more than 20 years of experience in the field of IT and supply chain management. He joined the Tridonic management team in 2013 after having held various positions at Tridonic since 1997. First joining as an SAP Process Consultant, he moved on to Supply Chain Manager and leading positions in the global supply chain management team. In 2012 he became Director Global Supply Chain Planning & Logistics. He is responsible for Tridonic’s Global Supply Chain. Alexander Jankovsky holds a degree in Information Technology & Business Sciences from the University of Liechtenstein.

Christoph Zimmermann

Senior Vice President Global Sales & Communication

In his role as Senior Vice President, Christoph Zimmermann is responsible for implementing the company’s global sales strategy. Thanks to his extensive sales experience as well as his many years of service for Tridonic in various roles, he knows our customers’ requirements. Christoph Zimmermann began in 1995 in the Technical Sales Service department at Electro Terminal. Between 1997 and 2003, he built up Tridonic sales in Austria and then also in Eastern Europe to 2015. Christoph’s vast sales experience allowed him to restructure Tridonic sales in Northern Europe before he took on the role of Global Key Account Management in 2018 in addition to his regional sales responsibilities.

Miro Ardan

SVP Global Purchasing

Miro Ardan joined Tridonic as Representative Head of Purchasing in 1994. From 1994 to 2014, he held various leading positions in Tridonic’s purchasing department, including Head of Operative Supply Management, Global Strategic Purchasing Manager and Global Purchasing Director. In 2014, he assumed the position of Senior Vice President Global Purchasing for the entire Zumtobel Group, with responsibility for all procurement processes. He retains this position of responsibility, driving all purchasing activities at Tridonic and leveraging his in-depth know-how to achieve a consistent purchasing strategy across the company.

Thomas Oelz

Vice President Product Marketing

Thomas Oelz joined the management team in May 2016 after having held various positions at Tridonic since March 2006. He graduated in electronics at the university of applied sciences NTB in Switzerland in 2005 and worked in Research & Development for seven years. In the following three years he created the product strategy and segment roadmap of the Segment Retail & Hospitality. In his new role he is responsible for the overall global product strategy and worldwide business development.

Sabine Huber-Wynnyczenko

Senior Director Human Resources

Within her role as Senior Director Human Resources, Sabine Huber-Wynnyczenko is responsible for all personnel matters. She joined Tridonic in 2001, having initially held various positions in the Global Supply Chain department. Whilst working for Tridonic, Sabine studied for her Bachelor and Master degrees and successfully obtained several Lean Six Sigma certifications. Following several high-level Compensation and Benefits roles in the Zumtobel Group’s personnel department, Sabine Huber-Wynnyczenko returned to Tridonic in 2019 to take up the role as Senior Director Human Resources.
